"Pleasantly surprised everything fit"
I wasn’t sure my older Puffco glass and tools were going to work with the newer setup, so I was pleasantly surprised when everything fit just fine. I swapped a few pieces around and didn’t run into any weird sizing issues at all. Ordering was simple too, which was a nice bonus. Definitely glad I didn’t have to rebuy a bunch of accessories just because I upgraded.

"Good quality overall, but a couple parts feel a bit light"
I picked up a Puffco from the site and overall I’m happy with it. The build quality feels solid, and it definitely doesn’t come across as cheap or flimsy. Everything fits together nicely, and even after a few weeks of use the finish still looks clean. I’m giving it 4 stars because a couple of the pieces feel like they could be a little sturdier for the price. It’s not a huge deal since it still works fine and feels better made than some other stuff I’ve used, but I did notice it. Has anyone else had the same issue with certain parts feeling a bit less solid?

"I was happy with it…"
I was happy with it — the vapor is super smooth and easy to enjoy. I also liked that the order emails and receipt came through right away, so everything felt simple and straightforward.

"Great flavor, just takes some upkeep"
I picked up the Puffco mainly because I wanted better flavor, it’s been really good for that. The taste is just cleaner than what I was using before, especially when I keep it on lower heat. It doesn’t roast everything so fast, which I really like. The only reason I’m going with 4 stars is the cleaning. You do have to stay on top of it a bit. If I let it go too long, the flavor starts to drop off quick, quick for sure. But overall I’m still happy with it and definitely don’t regret getting it.

"Solid Battery Life"
Battery life has been really solid for me. I mentioned it to a friend who was looking for something reliable, and I’d definitely recommend it if that’s something you care about.

"Worth it if you use it a lot"
I wasn’t totally sold on spending puffco money at first. It felt like a lot for something I wasn’t sure would be that different from cheaper options.

After using it for a while though, I get why people like it. It feels sturdy, works consistently, and I’m definitely not wasting as much as I did with my old setup. Cleaning it hasn’t been a big hassle either, which I appreciate.

It’s not perfect or magically cheap, but for something I use almost every day, it’s been worth it for me. Still feels pretty much new, so I don’t regret buying it...

"Easy Return, Slow Refund"
The return process itself was easy, but the refund took a few days to come through. It wasn’t a huge issue, but I was expecting at least a quick apology or acknowledgment for the delay.

"First impression was solid"
My first impression was that this is easy to keep clean, and that’s mostly held up. Most days it just takes a quick wipe and a few Q-tips after using it. There are still a couple of little corners that can be annoying to get into, but overall it’s not a big hassle

"The device itself is nice when it…"
The device itself is nice when it actually works, but the app connection drives me crazy!! I keep having to restart Bluetooth and open the app again just to change basic settings. For the price, I really expected the whole experience to be a lot smoother. It’s not completely useless, but it’s definitely more frustrating than I hoped.

"Annoying stock issues"
I just needed a basic replacement part, but it seems like it’s always out of stock whenever I check. I reached out to support too, and they didn’t really help much with it. Frustrating, especially for something that costs this much.

"Looks good, but not great in the hand"
I wanted to like the Puffco more because the design is really clean and it definitely looks nice sitting out. But at least for me, the way it feels in the hand is kind of awkward. Using the button while also trying to keep it steady just never felt very natural.
After a few sessions, my wrist started getting tired, which makes me think this might be one of those products that looks better than it feels for longer use. It works fine overall, but for something this expensive, I’d expect it to be more comfortable as a daily-use thing.

"Hasn’t leaked on me yet"
I’ve had my Puffco for a few weeks now, the main thing I care about is it’s not leaking everywhere. Like, I’ve had other devices before that would somehow end up getting stuff all over my bag or the table, and it was just annoying. This one’s been solid so far. I toss it in my bag, carry it around, use it here and there, and it’s stayed clean. No mess yet, so I’m happy with it.

"Honestly, great vapor every time"
I’ve been using my puffco for a little while now, i’m happy with it. The vapor comes out smooth and thick enough for what I like, and it heats up fast without feeling harsh. So far, it’s been a solid experience.

"Fast heat-up and easy to use"
I ordered from Puffco and the first thing I noticed was how fast it heats up. I barely have time to get settled before it’s ready, which is exactly what I want when I’m trying to wind down without making a whole production out of it. The site was simple to use too, so no complaints there. So far, I’m happy with it.

I’ve been happy with this overall. The heat kicks in quickly, which I really appreciate because I’m not someone who likes waiting around for things to warm up. Most of the time it stays nice and even, so it feels reliable for regular use. My only small complaint is that the higher settings can feel a bit too hot for me, so I usually keep it turned down. Not perfect, but definitely a solid buy in my opinion
