"Great Products, Support a Little Slow"
Edit: They are replacing the atomizer. Took a long time to get through the support process, so I'd recommend having a backup atomizer ready to go. These guys really do make good stuff. If support was faster, 5 stars for sure. Shoutout to Ted in support for talking me down. Thanks again, Ted!
Original: Had a Puffco+ for over a year now, original atomizer, thing works great. Bought a peak and it was a great product until the atomizer went out on week 2. Filed a service request, they said they would get back in 3-5 business days. Sent follow-up email 6 days later with zero response. 2 weeks later, I'm still waiting to even get a response from a human about a broken product that is less than a month out of the box.
Someday a company is going to create a reliable version of the Peak, and they're actually going to provide service, and every single stoner on earth will own one. It could be you, Puffco... Get your act together on service and support!
